1. According to your itinerary, pick up will be made at my hotel, which will be Luxor Hotel, between 7:15-8:00am. But according to my e-ticket. I need to go to Excalibur Hotel to get to the bus. Which one is correct? I expect your pick up service at my hotel according to your itinerary on the web site. 2. Regarding the BBQ, my son does not like meat. Is there anything to east beside meat? He can eat sausages and potatoes... I know it is picky question but I need to know. I do not waste the expense for BBQ.

Hi Cheolbum Kim:

1. This tour does not offer pick-up service at the Luxor Hotel. The closest pick-up location for you will be the Excalibur Hotel. It is only a short walk for you to get to the Excalibur Hotel pick-up location.

2. The BBQ lunch being served by the Hualapai Indians has many options for your son. Besides meat, your son can choose from Salads (a Salad Bar will be available), corns on the cob, beans, rice, etc. If you would like more varieties, there are some other restaurants available nearby for you to purchase.

If you arrive at the LA Union Station, the closest pick up location will be China Town (LA Dim Sum), 638 N. Broadway.

The distance from LA Union Station to 638 N. Broadway, Los Angeles is 0.5 miles. This tour does not off pick-ups at LA Union Station. You will need to get to your pick up location by arranging your own transportation.

17 Mile Drive is a temporary change during the winter months. Once the weather has warmed, Yosemite Park will be added back to the itinerary for this tour.

Which part of the Grand Canyon (south or west or both rims) is included in the trip? Also, my flight will arrive in Las Vegas at 11p.m. on 12/31/2011, can I still join the tour? If I can join, how can I check in the hotel? Thank you.

This 3-day bus tour covers the South rim of the Grand Canyon.

Yes, you would still be able to join the tour.

When making your reservation online, please note in the comment section that you will not be arriving in Las Vegas until approximately 11pm. We will then be able to notify your tour guide and provide you with his/her information one day prior to departure.

Once you arrive in Las Vegas, you will have to self-transfer to the first night’s hotel. Once you arrive at the hotel, your tour guide can meet you at the reservation desk to help you check-in to your hotel.
